Taylor Floral Skirt by Elizabeth and James

Here is an extremely fun and flirtatious silk floral skirt by Elizabeth and James . It has a nice woven leather band that highlights the waist, and side slash pockets at hip that gives you extra space to carry some small personal items like a lip gloss or cell phone.
