Sometimes a big fatty cocktail ring is all you need to spice up a simple plain outfit.

During US Prohibition between 1920 and 1933 when the manufacture, sale, and transportation of liquor was made illegal, large dramatic stone rings were very popular. Women wore these rings at the speakeasies to show off not only that one was drinking illegally, but also that one was doing with style, and thus the name cocktail rings.

However, still to this date I have no clue what happened in the show thanks to the great creative team of Sleep No More who were fabulous at messing (I am being polite here by not using the F word. My awesomely fast social life has officially started to slow down since Sunday (yesterday :p) when most of my great friends had left for Turkey for their summer break. Now that I have so much time on my hands, I have decided to bring myself back to the kitchen and cook again. Boy have I missed cooking! I spent my entire Sunday grocery shopping, cooking and baking, and I feel sooo good right now. (White Beans with Meat served with Pilaf and Tzatziki, and Traditional Turkish Sesame Pastry) I have made some traditional Turkish dishes as I was craving for them and I wanted to share them with you.
