Spicy Cucumber Avocado Soup

What you need:
1 firm-ripe California avocado
1 cucumber, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
A handful of chopped cilantro
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 teaspoon fresh lime juice, or to taste
1 teaspoon fresh lime juice, or to taste
1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh jalapeño, seeded
1 cup small ice cubes
1 cup small ice cubes
Preparation:
Peel and pit avocado, and blend all ingredients in a blender until very smooth.
Garnish:
Garnish with chopped chives. If you want, add some diced avocado.
